We will have one guaranteed autograph of a first year player AND one guaranteed relic in its own pack that I will save for the end. Go ahead and scroll down if you want.
Inserts/Parallels Insertion Rate
Refractors (1:4) 5 expected
Gold Refractors (1:5) 4 expected
Black Refractors (1:10) 2 expected
Red Xfractors (1:20) 1 expected
None of the parallels are numbered, but the Xfractors are limited to 63 for series 1 according to BaseballCardPedia (for what that is worth).
For the counts I will count regular refractors as parallels and the rarer colored parallels as inserts to better judge how each team did. But I'll shut up now and show you the cards.

AUTO
222 Blake Hawksworth - Cardinals (one of the better names possible believe it or not)
pack twenty one (Box Topper Relic)
FGR-BM Brett Myers Fashionably Great jersey - Phillies (not the best name by far, but a great looking card)
Well there we go. The names could have been better for basically everything, but 2004's design really went well with chrome. These cards look great. It was a shame that a lot of the parallels (5 out of 12) went to unclaimed teams. I said Hawksworth was one of the better names because he one of the very few that are currently in the majors. Over half the names in the 13 card subset, either did not make the majors or only got one September cup of coffee.
Winners for this box
Phillies
Cardinals
Royals
Dodgers
Cubs
Well the Dodgers are back again, but this box belonged to the Phillies and Cardinals, Phils especially. The Fashionably Great jersey card is one of the better looking relics I have ever seen, not necessarily in design, but just in overall appearance. BTW, I have no idea why he is wearing a USA jersey, if anyone knows comment below. It is very appropriate that the father/son team at IkesCards won the auto on Father's Day. Congrats all.
Losers for this box
Brewers
Tigers
Mets
Padres
Athletics
Well luckily the 2 teams shut out were unclaimed. I am VERY surprised to see the Mets on this list as I usually pull them like crazy, but at least their one card was of Glavine a future HOF. The Padres were on the winners list last box, so it's not all bad. The Athletics will hopefully be a little happier with the next box.

Cmon Reds and A's!
Hopefully series 2 will do me better...
Man, I love that Myers jersey card. I already have an Astros (my other team) card from that set. The photo may be from the 2001 All-Star Futures Game. I have a 2002 Bowman Futures Game relic card of Myers which has a photo of him with the USA logo and the Phillies cap.
The Braves only scored 2 cards?
